I didn’t think I’d ever enjoy exercise…until I joined Fiona’s fitness classes. I especially love the boxing (who would have thought!). I feel better, have more stamina and enjoy the camaraderie of getting fit together. Thanks for the encouragement Fiona!
I really enjoy our classes. My husband and I were moving a heavy table on the weekend and he commented on how strong I am – he seemed surprised so I must have increased my strength which is good. See you next year!
UNSW lunch time fitness is awesome, you get really fit while also having a lot of laughs with the group, Fiona is an excellent trainer!
